章 193: A foreboding feeling

Damien could fantom what was wrong with him, but ever since he entered the office premises, he had a feeling that something wasn't right. So far, the day went just the usual, with sending Vaidehi the scrap book and all the shenanigans with the previous PR that was suppose to handle their launch.

The main reason to get his personal scrape book and gift it her was because he has seen her eyes when she returned from the group meeting that was going on the fifth floor.

Her eyes –that always has been the way to her soul; looked dull and panic-stricken.

As if something bad has happened.

He wanted to ask her, but obviously with the way their relationship is hanging between a thin threat of hope, he instead of asking her , wanted to do something to divert her mind for the thought.

When he saw her confirmed him thought. Her bickering with Ashton in his office, but despite all of that, the usual spark in her eyes was missing.
