Ravenna stood there, a figure cloaked in oversized clothing that hung loosely on her frame, failing to conceal the small round belly that protruded beneath the fabric. Her hands, small and delicate, were wrapped protectively around the gentle swell, a silent gesture of love and protection I didn't know she possessed.
