章 349: LET THE BEAST LOOSE

"My dearest Arianne…"

I've been stuck on that phrase ever since I dipped my pen in ink to start my first letter to Arianne. I wasn't sure of what exactly I was going to write. Should I start off by apologizing to her or should I go straight and order her ass to come back home? It's almost going to a month now and we were still apart, the distance was starting to drive me insane but I promised myself that I wasn't going to do anything rash, at least not until when she was ready.

I was a dick to her, a fucking asshole. All the letters she wrote to me, I didn't bother to reply to her. It was a dick move which I regret. I should have replied her letters, only gods know what must have gone through her head at the time. I had a good reason though, I was going through a withdrawal phase. It was hard to quit drinking all together but I did it anyway with Madea's help. The process was a nasty one and for days, I wanted to claw my own skin out.
