However, the force of evil known as the Khaos Brigade won't make it easy for him. Some Primordial gods want him dead while others wish to protect him, and he isn't sure who to trust. Leaving Rias' peerage, training, war, the world at stake, and magical + supernatural phenomena have thrown his life into chaos.

I just read it in fanfiction until chapter 7 and I think it's just a typical story for Issei who suddenly became Emo ahahaha, hmm I don't hate Rias and I also don't like it depending on how they show it in the story it's just that Issei's hatred for Rias here is a bit forced and not realistic in my opinion. I became sorry for Rias's character ahahaahahha even though I admit she was spoiled and a bit annoying but I taught her because of her upbringing, Rias just needed proper attention and affection and she became a woman who obeyed me.

From what i see with you novel the Development of the character was great, issei was Man of Principle not man of Lower head, The storyline was clear too and as for the background like he was nephew of Great Red and Ophis is maybe can be a problem for the story because there's no one Khaos Brigade can lick bootking to make their Organization Strong, but this can be fixed with how you name the novel multiverse. as for the forced hate from rias part it can be understanding because its always happen in Real World. As for Lastly please Make sure the MC think for the future ahead of the problem and make sure he can protect his loved one, like making Protection Artifact for his loved ones, and please make this novel Good for heart (Basically not with gore, ntr, Rape , or the same stuff like that) and very lastly but not least please make the MC so Fucking Overpowered MC
