章 117: A (VERY) MESSY NEW YEAR (2)

When Hoy and Joreen left the house, Joreen was the first to pull her hand away from his. He turned to look at her, raising a questioning eyebrow so she explained to him, "There are a lot of people here."

"I'm sorry my mother yelled at you." He tried to touch her face but she stepped back and looked at him with wide eyes. He realised what he was just about to do and withdrew his hand. 

"I told you, I won't let you get into trouble because of me." 

He didn't say a word and just allowed her walk ahead of him.

He had a deep frown on his face when he saw the Madam Wei family present which meant there was Wei Chan and Wei Yong somewhere. The two people he was going to get rid of immediately this trip was over. 

"Look who we have here. Bully boy." Reen approached Wei Chan with a smile.

The boy turned to look at her and when he recognized her and scowled. "They now invite riffraffs to their party?" He asked, looking around.
