Wu Yun helps them carry all the books inside Cang Chuxi's pavilion. They arrange them in piles on the floor, surrounding Lan Tian's bed, which Wu Yun hasn't left ever since the day of the battle.
Lu Jiao watches them carry the books inside with raised eyebrows. "Kunlun must have left quite the impression on you, to prompt such a speedy return," she says, addressing Lu Meng.
Lu Meng bows towards her as politely as possible, while carrying an armful of books. "Thank you again for your hospitality Master Lu, and I apologize for not being present to help in Kunlun's moment of need, when you have so kindly extended me, and A-Tan, your help."
Lu Jiao waves his polite words away with an insouciant flick of her wrist and a despondent sigh. "As you can see, presently, there's not much hospitality to speak of."
AHHHHHHH
I've been dying to write this chapter, it's probably why it's so freaking long.
Now you know why the Crane 'Shu Luan' had to be renamed to Xiao Niao all those chapters ago, I wanted you to grow used to the idea.
I bet none of you imagined the confirmation that Lan Tian is Shu Luan to be....like this.
Anyway, maybe some other characters will wake up claiming to be Shu Luan soon? Maybe "I am Shu Luan" will be our always. Maybe you reading this, are in fact Shu Luan. Who knows?
