章 44: The perfect Luna

Daphne sat down on a wooden chair in the park. It was too early in the morning for people to be out of their houses to hang around the park. It was too early for her to set a secret meeting with Nyla. Honestly, it was early enough for Nyla to reject the meeting and call Daphne creepy. But through the morning fog, Daphne could see Nyla walking towards her. Unlike Daphne, she didn't have any coat to protect her from the morning cold. Daphne had noticed through Kian that werewolves didn't feel cold easily.

Nyla sat down without a word, waiting for Daphne to be the first one to speak. The meeting Daphne made went against the agreement they had of Daphne not being friendly with her, but since there was no one around to see them in public together, Nyla wasn't going to complain.

Daphne was trying her best to gain her confidence. The last time she spoke with Nyla, she pushed her away. 

Nyla stood up. "If you have nothing to say, I'm going to leave."
