So i didn't actually plan on ever making this chapter because i already responded to at least 20+ people who have asked if this is dropped.. The answer is yes. Main reason being that I tried to do too much and it ended up with me being in a situation where I either chose to have a bunch of plot holes or a story that was garbage. I chose to just drop it instead.
