章 1: I'm Ember
The world was thrown into the chaos when it was discovered that 5 people with superpowers exists after experimenting them and finding no evidenceon how they got them, they were released through them a new generation of humans started, slowly new born babies were born with superpower and the world started to enter a new era, an era of superhumans. Now roughly 100 years after the discovery of the first 5 peoples with superpower the world is rapidly changed, New jobs like superheros started becoming more and more popular, world started to heavily rely on powers for most of the things and almost everyone has some kind of super power... yeah almost everyone except me.
I'm Ember Graystone, currently 13 years old. Ever since I was a child I always admired the superheros who save people by risking their own lives, I admired them so much that I wanted to be one too, I wanted to save the lives of people, I wanted to keep people safe. As I grew up I saw people my age awakening their power soon all my classmates had their powers and I never awakened mine. I became odd one out. I was often bullied by my classmates who had strong powers so I ended up as a bottom feeder.
I finally lost all my hopes of getting any power and faced the reality, there was no way I would be able to become a hero. I was in despair. I can't achieve my dream. I stayed like that for a year and then I just excepted it and try to change myself
At age 14 I choose a different path, a path that I wouldn't regret choosing. I'll be the hero but not with superpower, I'll bring peace and harmony to this planet by any means possible, I won't hesitate to beat anyone who stand in front of me or my path I am Ember and I'll be a hero who has no powers
After that I trained my body and laid out the foundation to become a hero.
3 years later...
Now I'm 17 years old, I've completed all the preparations needed to become a superhero. The first step is to get into a high-school which trains and makes hero and for that I'll have to give an entrance exam of it. Whatever the exams maybe I'm ready for it
I'm gonna try for the best hero high school named Diamond High. Daimond High was a school from which only the best heros graduated and it is also the toughest school to get in. The reason I'm trying for it is that if I can get in it then I'm sure I'll be able to find a way to make my self into a superhero and after these 3 years of training I'm sure I'll pass
While heading towards the Daimond High Entrance Exam I saw just how many are applying for it and how few will be selected. I started panicking, I was scared, I tried to still go on like it's no big deal but my legs started shaking and I realized how much overconfident I was. Just as I was about to lose it a girl put her hand on my should and asked, "Are you okey?" She was beautiful with long white hairs, blue eyes, good body and I could tell she was a good person because she was genuinely worried about me
"Yes I'm fine" I replied with a smile so I don't sound rude, "Great let's both do our best today, byee" she said and went ahead. I didn't get to hear her name.
Now I have even more serious reason to get into Daimond High, I need to see her again!!
