Miles Martin asked, "What is the situation at home now? Did you call an ambulance, Mum?"

Basically, it meant that if you say save her, she'll be taken to the hospital right away, but if you say to ignore her, then we'll just close the door and let her bleed to death inside, making her suicide a reality.
