章 125: Ronan's Attempt To Kill Renna

Ronan's serene voice induced some unknown frightful sensation within her but somehow Renna Amaryllis responded to him, she lifted her head up and blankly glanced at him as if the woman was silently praying for her hunch to be false.

"Mhm. Yes."

She gulped down her fears and waited for him to respond while Ronan's eyes flickered a lifeless glare.

"Why did I sense hatred in your eyes the day we first met, Miss Renna Amaryllis?"

Ronan Ross emphasized her name in a different tone that his voice held utter suspicion, Renna felt herself as a stranger for him which she picked up instantly from his glare.

"What are you implying?"

Renna crept backwards by creating a distance and immediately raised her voice, she did not expect him to become suspicious of her; maybe Ronan did not recognize her in the first place.

Ronan placed his right hand on the back of the bench and inhaled sharply before proceeding with the speech.
