"So, what's next?" Asked ana.

"I need to study the matrix for the most basic artifact and go from there," Xasha replied casually.

Ana chuckled. " I thought you would learn all these matrices in one fell swoop and work your way up from there."

Xasha looked back at her with a calm smile. "Usually I would, but like Kan is always telling me, too much knowledge too early can be detrimental. Learning more advanced techniques may influence my thoughts and decisions that cause me to become impatient or make mistakes. I'll take it one step at a time with this one."

Ana nodded in approval. "That's good advice. Don't mind me, do your thing, I'm just here observing."

Xasha chuckled as he stooped to the lowest shelf and began scanning through the tome. He picked three after going through thousands then made his way to the third floor while Ana followed.
