章 360: Jared's misery

"In the meanwhile, we will take your son, Jared Augustus under custody," Valarie stated, not looking at Frederick before she left the room with Ryder and Preston right behind her. There was a small satisfied smile on their faces, unlike Frederick who stared at them in horror. 

Before he could speak a word, the door was locked and he was left all alone in the isolated cell once again. "How did things end up this way?" Frederick shouted, his eyes turning vile in anger. "Where did we go wrong?" 

Frederick was so angered to death that he kicked the chair he was previously sitting on and toppled the table in front of him. The entire cell was filled with his curses and profanities for a long time. However, his anger did not curb. Instead, it only grew as time passed by.
