Hearing the voice, Evelyn flinched. Before she could say something, Elric shook his head, gesturing to her not to say anything. She nodded at him. Her eyes widened as she heard the man's voice. She could tell that her parents failed to raise both the children correctly. 

She identified the person as her brother. Suddenly she felt the urge to meet him, but she knew what would happen. Therefore, she remained quiet. Perking her ears, she continued listening to the conversation. 

The conversation was brief. It was clear that her brother didn't like them as well. She noted everything they spoke and decided to seek answers for all of them. 

"I need to use the restroom, dearest father." 

Evelyn panicked as she listened to his words. She looked at Elric with feared eyes. He blinked his eyes once, telling her to calm down. She continued listening, calming her down.
