When Tang Moyu came home, she was confused upon seeing Zhang Jiren seated in their living room with her little buns. Hadn't they agreed that they wouldn't be seeing each other in the meantime for safety reasons? Then why did he come here unannounced?

Zhang Jiren saw her arrive and gave her a weak smile. Following his gaze, the two little buns who were eating some pastries lifted their head and beamed at her. Ah, her cute little babies were growing up so fast. Tang Moyu hoped that time would slow down a little, so she could still pamper them a little more. 

Little Star came running towards her and stretched her arms eagerly waiting to be hoisted. 

"Mommy, Uncle Jiren visited us today and brought the pastries he promised last time, but he didn't bring Auntie Mei and Baby Leyan with him," the little girl informed her once she held Little Star in one arm.
