◇I accept my death◇ Ace thought to herself. ◇There's literally nothing I can do now◇.
For the past decade, she had been part of the military. After she was arrested for killing her foster parents, she was given no option as killers usually made the best fighters, their anger fueling the bloodlust they already had. At first, her government had sent her on innumerable missions to assassinate foreign leaders, they soon learned she preferred killing someone after they had put on a hopeless fight, there was no one who could escape her killing intent. She didn't exactly call it torture, but prolonging the deaths of her enemies was was she loved doing most. This time tho, things had gone sideways. After her government realized she was too much of a loose cannon they decided to eliminate her. Charged with treason after her "friends'' had helped implement the evidence, she was about to get executed on national TV. Resistance was futile, she was dying today. Ace wasn't a psychopath, she had just suffered enough at the hands of people, she wanted to share her suffering and her pain.
~Help! Someone help me please~ She heard a sobbing voice in her head.
◇Hello? Did I finally lose it? Is my mind playing tricks on me? Now I am hearing kids crying, that is sick, even by my standards. Perhaps it is better for me to go now. I am ready to die◇. She didn't dare say those words aloud, as today, she would be the only one to hear her last words.
~Please, come to me, I beg you~ said the voice again.
◇I would help you but in a few seconds I'll be dead, there's not much I can do you idiot. Find someone else◇
A few seconds later she was kneeling.
"This traitor has cost our country countless lives, her bloodlust prevents her from differentiating friend from foe" said the one responsible for all her troubles. Colonel Johnson.
"This is the only way to set an example for others like her, today, she will pay for her crimes!"
The present crowd roared at the thought of public execution, it has been centuries since one had taken place.
◇Are they seriously going to cut my head off? What year is this? 1799?◇
The ax fell on Ace's head. And she followed the light.

Theo hadn't slept in weeks, this experiment would prove his entire research is more than just a theory. As the youngest person ever to hold three majors, the rest of the scientists, either because of pride or jealousy, were always quick to dismiss his theories unless he managed to find indubitable proof to which they would try their best to discredit. This had been going since he graduated for the first time.
๑I will not allow those fools to mess with my experiments ever again, I know I'm breaking the rules and putting myself in risk for not telling anyone I was here today, but it is a small price I'm willing to pay for my success. Nothing will stand in my way!๑
That is when everything went south, as expected. Theo has tried time after time to open an interdimensional gate by trying to bend space by making a molecule as heavy as possible, this also meant it was highly volatile. As soon as it became heavy enough it started decaying and producing radiation. Alarms started blaring.
"EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY, EVACUATE, EVACUATE"
๑Sh**********t, this wasn't supposed to happen๑. Theo started panicking both inside and outside. ๑OH MY GOD I'M GOING TO DIE, F***********************CK!. Okay, think, think, think๑
He was in front of the console, wearing a protective suit, with a thick layer of concrete between him and the radiation source, maximum he had 2 minutes. His eyes started darting towards every blinking line, his hand started pushing every button. His mind was racing, calculating, replaying every possible scenario again and again in order to find a way out. If he wasn't alone, someone could say he looked like a piano player. His eyes darting to every little screen, his hands moved as if they had a mind of their own. Droplets of sweat were visible on his temples.
๑There's no way out, I am going to die today. What the hell am I saying, I'm not dying today, I'm dying NOW๑
~Help me!~ A mysterious voice broke his line of thought. ~Please, I'm begging you, HEEELP~
๑What the actual f*ck! I have completely lost my mind, the radiation must've leaked into my brain. Gosh, I can feel it.๑
~Please, I don't want to die~ The voice in his head sounded like a sobbing child.
๑That makes two of us kid, that makes two of us๑
The two minutes were up. And he followed the light.

The hunting season had started a few weeks ago. As usual, Trevor's family hosted it in their hunting grounds near their mansion. Trevor's family was one of the few royal bloodlines on Earth, he had been raised under special tutors. His favorite subject was archery. He loved nothing more than feeling the release of an arrow that never missed its mark. However, the only thing he didn't want to do, is the only thing he was expected to do. Marry. He had been raised alone, isolated from everyone else, he knew if he had kids they would share his same fate. This pissed off not only his parents but other royal families.
◯Finally, I love the silence of the forest. After hours of being nagged not only by my parents but by the rest of my family, I thought my head was going to explode.◯
The older sons of the royals were in the forest hunting for prey. The bigger the prey, the more price they received from the rest. This was the only thing Trevor succeeded at. As he was crouching by a clearing, he heard the rustling of leaves nearby. He stopped moving to avoid being heard and he pulled an arrow from his quill, he then proceeded to load his bow without pulling back as he didn't have a clear target yet. If not for the random animal call, the forest was perfectly silent. Until an arrow came directly flying to Trevor from behind striking him right in the chest to the point that it was visible from the front.
◯What the hell is going on? Where did that arrow come from? Gosh please someone help me or I'm going to die◯
Trevor tried to scream but the pain mixed with the blood which was invading his lungs he could only silently suffer on his own. A few minutes passed and no one was coming, he understood it was not an accident.
◯Did they really end up murdering as I won't abide by their orders? This is bull poop. I hate to give up but there's not much I can do, just wait for my demise al...◯
~Help me! Please! Anyone, HELP!~
◯Hello? Who's there? Why are you inside my head? What do you want?◯
~Help me please, I don't want to die!
◯I won't fall for it! You can't fool me! After being betrayed by my own family, I finally learned something. I regret it being too late for me to understand how twisted people are. I guess there's nothing I can do anymore but slowly wait to die. I hate you all.◯
Trevor's dying breath finally expressed his true feelings towards his family. A deep hatred for people started brewing inside him. And he followed the light

It was Ty's last day as a zookeeper. After the doctors told him he only had a couple of years left, he had started crossing every single thing off his bucket list. Working as a zookeeper was the last one. He had loved animals since he was a little kid. Although he had just been working for less than a month, he loved it.
۶I hate the fact that in order to keep suffering, I am going through with it. I have already caused too much pain to my friends and family۶ He thought as he walked over to the clinic at the zoo. ۶I will die here, now, in my favorite place in the world۶
He had arranged to be euthanized there as his last wish. The last thing he wanted was a painful and unexpected death.
۶I wonder if death is as peaceful as they say or if heaven exists.۶
"Sir, if you could sit down here and just relax for me please" Said the doctor in charge of the procedure.
"Y-yes, o-of course"
Ty was trying his best to sound confident but the nerves were starting to get a hold of him.
"It's alright son" as the doctor perceived Ty's nervousness he decided to try a less professional approach "you don't have to go through it if you don't feel like it, you…"
"It's alright. I've already decided" Ty spoke with confidence. He knew it would be easier this way for him. He had a really hard time accepting death so he just accepted his death came earlier than most.
Ty sat down in the clinic chair. He took a deep breath and said "I'm ready"
Then, the doctor picked up the needle that would end Ty's life. He then proceeded to insert it in Ty's forearm. Even though it didn't hurt, Ty couldn't help but jump a little.
The drugs started flowing into Ty's body. His death was now inevitable.
~Help! Someone help me please!~
۶Hello? Who's there?۶
~Please, help me, I'm dying~
۶It's alright little one, I'm also dying۶
~Help me, I'm begging you~
۶Shhh, everything will be fine. I guess as we're both dying we'll meet soon little one۶
Ty's mental conversation had taken but a fraction of a second, the drugs were starting to take effect. Ty let out a final breath. And he followed the light.
