章 172: Yours and Mine

Dad had long started crying as a pianist at a large golden grand piano and violinists started playing the same symphony that played at their wedding, as he walked down the aisle with Grandpa Cameron who was beaming. 

Pa had started crying from the moment he saw Dad and Aunt Amanda was crying harder than any of us. There was not a dry eye in the crowd and I was so happy Uncle Damien, Uncle Sasha, Luca and Stefano had made it as well because I would have hated for them to miss this moment. 

Ethan was beaming and I could not help but steal a glance at him at the very same moment he looked at me. My heart turned into lumpy custard at that point because I couldn't help but think this would be us one day. If he still wanted me of course. If the universe could hopefully remove all these damn potholes and finally let us be the centre of it.
