"I can't believe it," Nico whispered as we just stared at one another, "it's been what fourteen years."

"You still look the same," I gawked. It was true. Nico still looked like the perfect model Russian boy. He was incredibly buff and looked like he still played dozens of sports. The only difference this time was the fact I was just as tall as him now. Not the scrawny little daisy I use to be. 

"You look... you look different. Wow," he ran his fingers through his hair. 

"I hope it's a good thing," I chuckled. 

"Yes very. You're more beautiful than the last time I saw you," a sad smile played on his lips as he said it. The last time we saw each other we were both screaming and crying. "Can we talk? Maybe have some lunch together. I'd love to just catch up with you." 

I bit my lip as a blush rolled onto my cheeks. I had no idea what about Nico calling beautiful had me so suddenly flustered.
