"Ruth Dawn approached me with this issue, but I decided not to disturb you. I simply issued an order for the Northern China Business Association to handle this matter," Minnie casually explained.

William Cole was surprised. "Why didn't you tell me when Ruth was in trouble?"

"Well, she owes you too much. She didn't want to impose, so she only came to me," Minnie replied, laughing.
