'But still, what is this class called Dimensional Keeper... I haven't heard of any classes like this one, and most importantly, why is my surname Voidwalker here?' Max pondered, recalling how the system had called him Max Voidwalker instead of Max Morgan—his real name.
He could understand his class being unique since he had awakened a rare, one-of-a-kind SSS-rank class, so it didn't surprise him that he wasn't aware of such a class. An SSS-rank class was bound to be unique. But his name… He didn't believe the system would get his name wrong.
'Unless my real name is not Max Morgan but Max Voidwalker?' Max came to a shocking conclusion. He knew the system couldn't be wrong, so the only possible scenario was that his name was never Max Morgan but Max Voidwalker.
"Grr!" "Grr!"
Many questions raged through his mind, but he didn't have time for them as goblins' screeches echoed across the hall.
'I'll think about this after the dungeon,' he thought, saying "status" in his mind.
A screen appeared in his vision, profiling his class and other details.

'Strange… These skills don't have any ranks or levels,' Max thought, finding this very unusual.
In this world, skills, treasures, and any materialistic items fell under six categories: common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, and divine rank. Yet the skills from his class lacked any rank designation. He could only hope they were as good as their origin from an elusive SSS rank class.
"Look! Goblins are here!" someone shouted, drawing his attention to the far end of the hall, where goblins were advancing toward them.
'I guess it's time to figure out whether these rankless skills are truly strong enough for their class or not.' Max quickly retrieved two scrolls from his bag.
He opened the first scroll, touching it with his right hand, causing it to glow blue before disappearing.
[Congratulations to Max Voidwalker for obtaining the skill — Basic Sword Art.]
Seeing the notification, he repeated the process with the second scroll.

'These two skills big sister gave me are good for a beginner like me. One for close combat and another for long-range attacks.' Max smiled in satisfaction, assessing his newly acquired skills.
'It's time for battle.' He unsheathed his sword, secured his bag tightly on his back, and faced the advancing goblins in the hall, ready to fight.
'A total of ten level 1 goblins.' Max noted their weapons: stone knives and short bows. 'Good targets indeed.'
"We should attack. Their numbers are higher, but if we strike first and take out one or two, it'll be an easy fight," he said to the academy students, who were equally prepared for battle.
"We're ready," one of the students replied.
"Follow my lead. I'll create an opening—then attack." Max nodded and dashed forward. Some goblins immediately fired arrows at him.
'Let's see how useful the skill I got from my class is...' He activated Three Dimensional Body, and what he experienced shocked him to the core.
"This! Damn, is this skill broken or what?!" Max exclaimed in amazement as the skill activated. Suddenly, his perspective shifted—he could see himself as though from a third-person view, every detail of his surroundings sharpened to perfection.
The faint buzz of insects near the walls, the intricate patterns of spiderwebs in the corners, the glistening moisture clinging to the rough stone of the hall, and even the subtle arc of incoming arrows—all unfolded before him in a vivid, three-dimensional panorama.
It was as if the world itself had slowed down, each detail amplified, granting him an unparalleled awareness of his environment.
'This is so cool!' Max rejoiced silently.
Swish! Swish! Swish! Swish!
As the arrows closed in, Max could easily perceive their movements and trajectories. He sidestepped, dodging one arrow, while deflecting another with his sword. But four more arrows were heading past him toward the students behind.
'I guess I can help them one last time.' Sighing, he used Magic Bullets, firing four shots that intercepted and destroyed the incoming arrows.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
All the arrows were shot down instantly.
Max immediately accelerated toward the goblins. With his sword, he struck down the first one, slicing through it from shoulder to waist. Green blood sprayed through the air, but Max dodged the filthy liquid. The goblin's body glowed red and disappeared, leaving behind a few items.
'It seems all that academy training wasn't for nothing,' Max thought.
Noticing two goblins attacking from both sides, he relied on Three Dimensional Body to react. He fired a Magic Bullet at the goblin on his left while slashing horizontally at the one on his right, cutting it in half. Its body vanished moments later, leaving behind drops of loot.
The goblin hit by the magic bullet writhed in pain, a hole in its body. While not dead, it was incapacitated, slowly succumbing to its injuries.
'Fighting is so exhilarating!'
Max thought excitedly feeling the satisfaction brewing inside him as he battled the goblins.
'What about others?'
Glancing back at the others and noted that they were also handling the goblins. 'They are barely managing three goblins, but I'm not complaining.' He dashed forward toward the remaining four goblins.
