章 97: A Month Later

Almost a month had passed since the death match between Alex and the lightning User Zayne. In this time, Alex and his family have experienced big changes to their daily lives in multiple different ways.

First and foremost, they were able to move to much bigger home in a far better area thanks to James. After everything with the Rippers and Marcel had come to end, Encul seized control of all the assets belonging to the two gangs.

Among those assets was the house that Ellis Treyp had lived in, the very same house that Alex was taken to for his meeting with Ellis. Thanks to James, this home was given to the Rune family at no cost and Encul took on all the expenses involved with the move.

Another boon for the Rune family, once again coming from James, was the promise that Encul would pay for all their medical expenses so long as Alex stays connected to their company.
