Sasha was still in disbelief when she stared at Mykel's hand that was holding her hand and guiding her somewhere. She pressed his hand it felt real which made her fluster and couldn't hide her smile. She had forgotten how comfortable it was to hold his hand and how he always took the lead wherever they were.

Mykel brought Sasha into his office and let her take a seat on the sofa as he poured a glass of vodka for himself.

"You're still drinking that," Sasha said and looked at the bottle of vodka that Mykel had always bought back to the apartment. "You haven't changed at all," Sasha continued as she moved aside so Mykel could sit next to her.

"Why would I change? I'm still the same guy you know. The worst kind of a guy," Mykel said and he didn't hesitate to say it. "Even after everything," Mykel paused and looked at Sasha's wrist. "You still have the heart to approach me," Mykel continued and looked Sasha in the eye.
