章 1: Holy Handsome
8:47 AM
"Ahhhh! I'm going to be late!"
Yingyue looked at her clock as she got off her bed and started preparing things for school when her phone suddenly rang.
"Hello?"
She picked up the call.
"Yingyue! You forgot again didn't you? Today is THE Saturday. THE EFFIN' SATURDAY. It's Helium's annual tournament!"
The lady on the other end exclaimed.
She thought for a few seconds and realize there is no class and the biggest event will be held 2 hours from now.
"Sh*t! I'll be on my way. Thanks Huiyin."
She hang up the call and dashed towards the bathroom.
9:32 AM
Yingyue rushed out of her house wearing a blue casual summer dress with her tied up in a bun and sneakers.
She checked her watch and calculated the time.
"If I take the bus, it'll take me 4 hours to arrive due to traffic and its route."
She thought to herself.
Tech City is suffering from heavy traffic due to the tournament and wouldn't likely settle for the whole day.
When Yingyue saw a black sports car speeding from a distance, she came up with an idea.
She walked towards the middle of the road showing no fear in her eyes.
As the driver saw her figure in just a small distance, he immediately stomped on the brakes, making the car's tires screech, leading to a complete stop.
The car's door opened and from it came a figure of a tall man.
He was wearing a formal black suit which complimented his mysterious and domineering aura.
He stood and glanced at Yingyue, smiling.
"Interesting"
He thought to himself.
She looked at him in a daze and spouted
"HOLY HANDSOME!"
She looked down and blushed.
She once again gathered all her courage, shook her head, and stared at the man.
"I'm sorry but I just really needed a ride."
She said as she bowed.
"Get in. I don't have much time as well. Where are you heading off to?"
The man looked at Yingyue, sizing her up from head to toe.
"Tech City Stadium."
Yingyue walked towards the car and hopped inside the passenger's seat without caring for the man's approval.

"I'll pay you when we arrive. I'm really sorry for my reckless behavior a few minutes ago."
Yingyue looked down as she just realized how embarrassing the situation is.
"No worries, I'm heading there as well."
The man smiled as he focused on driving.
She looked at him with sparkles in her eyes, expressing her happiness of discovering another fan and player of Helium.
"You play Helium, right? Are you strong? You're going there to support the pros, which of them are you a fan of? I'm a fan of [1]Moonlight. He's just like a god! When you have time, let's [2]party up."
Yingyue started on asking questions to the man like a machine gun.
"Yes"
"Sort of"
"None"
He answered all of them while taking out his phone and handed it to Yingyue.
"What's this?"
She glanced at the phone with a puzzled expression.
"Give me your contact number. We'll party when I get the time. Right, name's Liang Feng."
Yingyue was shocked at what the man said but didn't flinch. She started punching in her number and afterwards gave it to the man back with a smile.
(A/N: Come on Yingyue, you should've played hard to get~)
"I'm Jiang Yingyue and I really really really love Helium."
Liang Feng just smiled and continued speeding up.
