The environment trembled slightly as Samira looked at the feline.
"So you clear my name... And you don't tell me?" Samira said, standing up from her seat and looking directly into her eyes.
"And so what? I'm not your mother to warn you about things!" Rogue replied, completely irrational to the question.
Samira sighed, and a vein appeared on her forehead; she wanted a fight, and it seemed Rogue was ready to give her one.
The sounds of the environment stopped completely, unlike before when everyone knew Samira was there for something... Now it was complicated...
"Hey, let's calm down, okay?" Jhonatan, sensing the mood, quickly tried to calm the environment, but it was too late...
"Shut up." They both said in unison, making Jhonatan step back a little; they looked like two demons wanting to possess his soul.
The atmosphere between them... seemed about to catch fire.
"You left." Rogue said, looking deep into Samira's eyes.
I think this was one of the chapters I had the most fun doing, probably the best one so far actually.
