章 70: Heartache

After the four people left the island, a strange tear appeared over the ocean near the abandoned island. The peculiar split revealed a man standing on the water like it was solid ground. He walked through the crack in space and onto the beach in his perfect black suit. 

His lava-like eyes searched the island with hidden desperation and a speck of madness. Those eyes washed with a black colour before clearing up, and the process repeated again and again as he sensed the lingering, familiar magic. 

Aisling had been on the island. 

He walked around the island, leaving blurry shadows as he covered the entire expanse of the beach within a few minutes. Then, he stepped into the woods and looked through the place with sharp eyes, looking for a sign or a clue.
