POV Death
As Death stepped aboard the Bullhead, which was to bring them to Beacon academy, he was standing between Yang and Ruby. Even though he was not yet fully grown yet, he already stood six foot, five inches tall, owed to his Nephilim heritage, meaning that he was taller then anyone else on the Bullhead, War, he knew, was coming in on a private Schnee Dust Company vessel, while Fury and Strife were apparently on a different bullhead since he hadn't spotted them.
Cinder, who had been walking alongside Yang and Emerald, seemed pretty excited She really had looked forward to seeing Strife, Fury and Blake again, and showing her old friends how much stronger she had gotten over these past years. She had grown a bit into a battle junkie, so it was no surprise that she sometimes hung out with Yang.
While Strife, Fury, and their current travelling companions were not on this Bullhead, though, there was at least one familiar face that Cinder spotted "Neo!" Cinder called out to the girl with half pink and half brown hair excitedly and waved for her to come over.
Neo grabbed a blond young mans sleeve and started dragging him over to Cinder, Emerald, Death, Ruby, and Yang. Death realized that the young man was none other then Jaune Arc, the runner up in the most recent Mistral Regional Tournament. Death nodded in approval, seeing that this Jaune was much more competent then the original Jaune was, and had a far more developed physique, due to Neo going to train him. She seemed to have done a very good job of it as well.
Since Death was going to meet his siblings, and since he still had over 1.5 million shop points, Death casually bought three aura awakening pills to give to each of them. It would let each of them obtain an aura, but not a semblance. He'd need another 6 million points for that. After that purchase, he had a little over one-hundred thousand shop points left, so he'd have to start stockpiling them now.
It was not as difficult as it used to be to get shop points, now that he had the ability to create six avatars using his body double skill with a maximum range from him of 1,280 miles. He would probably start having them start training in his Create ID again starting tomorrow, after the initiation, since he thought he might need their power in the future and he could never grind 'too many' shop points.
Some may think that his body double skill was an inferior version of the Shadow Clone Jutsu from Naruto that he used to watch, but it was more like Pein's ability with the Six Paths, he could control all of them, and simultaneously experienced all of their senses! Even if he was restricted in number by a lot, for now, it just was not fair to compare it to the shadow clone jutsu. They were completely different.
Death might even dare say that his skill was superior to Pein's version, since he did not need to gather bodies as he just made copies of his own body at will.
As I result, increasing the number of avatars he could control had advanced at a slower rate then had his maximum range. with only three more level ups in it's range, Death knew that he could be able to scatter his body doubles anywhere on Remnant if he wanted too
"Neo, it looks like you've done well training Jaune here." Death said to her.
Neo chuckled and nodded "Well, I agreed to your request since you healed me, so I was not going to do anything halfway and let you down."
"You're the one that sent Neo to me?" Jaune realized and smiled "Thanks for that. It would have been far harder to follow my dream if I had not received her guidance."
"You still would have made it in the end, Jaune, though the road to your goal would have been much more difficult." Death insisted to Jaune "I am glad that the two of you got along so well."
"Neo's training methods are absolutely vicious, but effective. Though it has always been a challenge to endure the training, I kept my eye set on my goal and never backed down." Jaune insisted boldly.
"Oh really, is that so? No he-sit-at-ion at all?" Neo asked Jaune with a playful tone while leaning towards him a bit and looking his way teasingly.
Jaune gulped and blushed somewhat as Neo teased him.
Neo was not an idiot, she was well aware that Jaune had started seeing her as more then just a teacher for the past couple years, but he had not acted on it yet. Even so, it did distract him a fair bit, and she had even worked his little crush into his training by taking advantage of it to more easily kick his ass over and over again.
Neo had not actually reciprocated his crush, seeing him more like a little brother then anything else, but she certainly did respect him, all things considered. The Bullhead started to take off, and Death watched Jaune a moment to see if there would be any sign of motion sickness, but there wasn't. Death nodded approvingly.
------
The trip to Beacon after that was uneventful, with Glynda Goodwitch's appearance in hologram form and her speech being the only noteworthy event. Finally their Bullhead arrived at Beacon and they all disembarked, with Death flanked by Yang and Ruby.
In another divergence from the episodes, Yang did not ditch Ruby, which made sense given that Death was her best friend now and he was not ditching Ruby. As they walked through the courtyard together with Neo and Jaune, they heard a gasp followed by a beautiful white-haired girl suddenly leaping at Death, excitedly.
It was none other then Weiss Schnee, who threw her arms around Death and did not want to let go Death chuckled and gently gave Weiss head pats "I missed you too, Weiss."
An embarrassed looking beauty with black hair and kitty eats also approached as well, blushing as she tried to make eye-contact with Death "Hello Death....Weiss" Blake greeted them.
"Blake. Hello." Weiss smiled at the faunus girl and kept one arm around Death while grabbing Blake with the other and pulling her as well into a group hug.
Weiss had met Blake a few times over the years because her grandfather and Blake's father got along well and had similar dreams, so it was natural that they would get along well as well, especially when Weiss learned that they had something in common, that they had both fallen in love with Death.
"Hello Blake" Death said to the cat faunus, trying to keep his body under control in spite of having two beautiful young women pressing their bodies against his. Thanks to Weiss dragging Blake into the group hug, though, at least Blake appeared far calmer.
Yang and Ruby had met Blake once before, but hadn't met Weiss, though they had heard about her at least. "Hello Weiss and Blake, I'm Yang, and this is my little sis, Ruby" Yang did introductions for them.
Jaune was rather surprised by the display of affection from the two girls towards Death, but kept his mouth shut for now. He might be a bit more bothered if Neo was doing it, but she remained at his side while Cinder started walking on ahead of the group with Emerald.
------
Eventually, Death brought the future members of Team RWBY, along with Neo and Jaune, to the assembly, where Ozpin and Professor Goodwitch were, before they explained their sleeping arrangement for the night.
Only after the speeches ended, did Death approach Fury, Strife and War. Nora, Ren, Emerald, Cinder, and Mercury were with them as Death approached "Strife, Fury, War, it has been a long time since we all gathered in one place."
"Death, it is indeed good to finally gather together" Fury agreed.
Of the four horsemen, Fury was the shortest, but was still six feet three inches tall, while War was six feet five inches like Death, though significantly more broad-shouldered and muscular then Death. Strife was even an inch taller then Death and War.
Death proceeded to retrieve the three aura awakening pills seemingly from his pocket "I got one of these for each of you, it should be able to let you finally awaken an aura."
Death knew that his siblings had no reason not to trust him, so they each took a pill and swallowed it, and a few moments after each pill was swallowed, their aura's finally started to manifest.
Death nodded in satisfaction "Looks like they worked properly. Good. Well, we will meet up tomorrow morning, there is more that I'll tell you about then, but for now you can all just relax. Tomorrow will get interesting."
Death knew that unlike the other students that had to go through an initiation tomorrow, his team was already determined. Due to their unique circumstances, his team was predetermined to be the four Nephilim, to better enable them to keep their secrets from reaching Salem. He could only watch everyone else during their initiation tomorrow and hope that the teams would work out the same way as they were supposed too., particularly RWBY and JNPR.

POV Ruby Rose
As Death went to see the horsemen, Ruby went to Blake and Weiss "We need to chat" she started pulling the duo aside, leaving Yang with Jaune and Neo.
"What's wrong, Ruby?" Weiss asked but did not resist being pulled to the side.
Once Ruby was convinced no one would overhear them, she looked towards the duo "Do you two love Death?" she asked.
"I see." Weiss answered, nodding in understanding "Blake and I already knew about each other, but you also love him, and not just as a sister?" she guessed.
Ruby blushed with greater intensity, and timidly nodded "I'm a bit weird I guess."
"No, I don't think you are." Blake reassured Ruby "I'm proud of you for approaching us about it so quickly, rather then just letting things happen and pretend you were not in love with him."
"Blake and I have agreed to share him, provided of course that he will have us." Weiss explained to Ruby "We've agreed to remain friends, no matter what, even if he doesn't want either of us in that way. I wont give up easily though." she chuckled.
"I also have no problem with you pursuing him, Ruby" Blake nodded confidently "The only issue may be him having difficulty satisfying all of us at the same time, so some patience may be required in such a relationship."
Ruby had not expected the conversation to go in this direction. She had to ask herself if she was really willing to share him. It was not easy to accept, but after one look at Blake's breasts, Ruby thought that she would lose to Blake for sure if she were to compete against them, so perhaps the only way to be with him was to be willing to share.
"Alright, I'm willing to share." Ruby said with an embarrassed tone as Yang approached and grinned at the three girls.
"I can't say I am surprised that this is the case." Yang gently squeezed Ruby's cheeks and had a mischievous grin on her face.
------
POV Yang
There was a good reason why the talk of sharing Death didn't bother Yang at all. though she teased Death a bit, she hadn't seriously pursued a relationship with him up to this point. It was not because Yang didn't feel attraction to him, but because her little sister Ruby was hopelessly in love with him.
Ruby tried to hide it from them all, but Summer and Yang both could tell, and Yang wasn't going to compete with her adorable little sister for the same guy. If Ruby was willing to share, though, then that was another story.
While Summer and Taiyang treated Death like a son, both Yang and Ruby knew that they were not really related by blood to him, so while from the outside some might find their romantic interests a bit odd, neither Yang nor Ruby did. Even Summer always figured that eventually Death and Ruby would become a couple, considering that Ruby was, as far as she knew, the reason why he came down to Remnant in the first place.
Yang knew that her father wouldn't really like it, but since Ruby now agreed to share Death, she was willing to actually properly jump into the fray as well. Well, as long as her sister was alright with it, but she could discuss that with Ruby in private later.

POV Death
Waking up the next morning, Death found Ruby and her sleeping bag had migrated closer to him during the night and her head was resting on his shoulder. He did not really seem surprised since it wasn't the first time he woke up and found Ruby so close to him. Back home on Patch, she often snuck her way into his room and climbed into bed with him.
She was just so adorable that even now that she was older and he found her to be very pretty, he had never taken advantage of the situation, apart from the enjoyment he got from watching her sleep, and occasionally secretly kissing her cheek, but only if he was absolutely certain she was asleep and wasn't faking it.
He couldn't kiss her cheek now, since so many people were around, but he could certainly lay there and smile as he watched her sleep.
"What are ya doin'?" Yang asked playfully into Death's ear and rested her own head on Death's other shoulder.
"Good morning Yang. Do you need to tease me again?" he asked her.
"As long as you don't get yangry at me, it is fine to goof off." Yang insisted.
Death chuckled and turned his head towards Yang "Don't you think you would look good if you got a haircut?" he teased her back.
"You wouldn't dare." Yang pouted.
"You're right. Long hair suits you really well, Yang, I wouldn't actually think about giving you a haircut, but it is your weakness, where I can tease you easily." Death insisted and chuckled. He understood well how sensitive she could be towards jokes about cutting her hair, and he knew that she knew he was only joking about it.
Yang sat up and hmphed as she looked away from Death.
Death chuckled as Yang pretended to be upset, but he didn't buy it at all. He did, however, turn his attention towards the adorable Ruby, who was still asleep, and he used 'Foodie' to create a juicy red strawberry in his hand and he moved it to Ruby's face and gently brushed the strawberry against her lips.
After cookies, Death knew that Ruby's next favorite food were strawberries, so he thought this would be a pleasant thing for her to wake up too.
------
POV Weiss
It was a new morning, and after waking up, Weiss woke up Blake and then the two of them went to meet Death, only to find Yang sitting up with her back to Death while Death was holding a delicious and juicy looking strawberry, and was gently touching Ruby's lips with it in a manner that seemed somewhat intimate.
Seeing that, Weiss was relieved that Ruby had agreed to share Death, since she thought it seemed like they might lose to Ruby if they were to truly compete against her. Recalling what Ruby had said the previous day, Weiss concluded that Ruby was not aware that she bore such an early advantage compared to her and Blake.
Adorably, Ruby started reacting to the strawberry, opening her mouth a bit to start eating it while only barely starting to wake up, and mostly acting on instinct. She had already consumed most of the Strawberry before her eyes slowly fluttered open.
Ruby seemed unperturbed and swiftly ate the last of the strawberry before smiling at Death "Good morning."
Ruby was accustomed to sleeping next to him like this, and thought nothing of it, completely oblivious to how intimate it might look to others. Weiss supposed that her innocence might be part of Ruby's charm to Death.
'Being innocent and naïve is not for me, though, so I'll have to find my own way to show to him that I am worthy of his time' Weiss thought to herself.
------
POV Death
"Good morning Ruby" Death said, chuckling as he made another juicy red strawberry appear in his hand "Did you sleep well?" he asked while letting her seize the strawberry out of his hand.
Ruby nodded "I did." she said cheerfully "I always do when I am with you." she started eating the strawberry, absolutely in no hurry to get up yet, intent upon laying on Death's shoulder/upper arm as long as she could, finding great comfort in doing this.
Death chuckled in amusement "Sadly, Ruby, we need to get around. You have initiation to deal with this morning, so we can't lay about all day.."
Ruby pouted "Alright, I understand." she sat up and stretched, then started climbing out of her sleeping bag.
Death sat up, then looked at Blake and Weiss who had approached them, and he smiled "Weiss, Blake, good morning" he greeted them and reached out for both if their hands before tugging them closer "Oh please sit with us, and I'll provide breakfast, just say what you want." he reassured them.
Weiss and Blake both grinned at each other, then sat in front of Death, fairly close to him, trying to look sexy. Their mannerisms surprised Death a bit, but he did resist responding in a manner that was too obvious, considering that there were many others around them today. If all went as he hoped in the initiation today, though, he figured he'd definitely pay them a visit tonight.
Then he mentally slapped himself 'No, your hormones are going out of control. Stop it.'
He mentally reminded himself that these are real girls, and he did genuinely care about them, so it was wrong to think about those things.
------
While most of the students were to go through the initiation, Death, Strife, Fury and War remained on the cliff with Ozpin and Glynda, observing what was going on with the initiation with the two teachers.
In the Emerald Forest, the pairs that met up among the students that mattered in Death's opinion were Blake and Weiss, Ruby and Yang, Pyrrha and Jaune, Ren and Nora, Cinder and Emerald, and finally Mercury and Neopolitan.
Interestingly, Cinder and Neo both selected White Bishops, while Jaune and Ren both selected Black Knights, a different piece then they'd selected in the episodes he had watched, but still putting them onto the same team.
It looked like Team RWBY and Team JNPR were destined to happen, even if Ruby had partnered up with Yang instead of Weiss this time.
RWBY and JNPR still ran into trouble with the Deathstalker and the Nevermore, and triumphed over both of them nicely, with Death eager to meet back up with them all to congratulate both teams.

Death was a bit surprised when he received the two notices, realizing that with these two notification he had recouped all the shop points that he had spent on pills to give Strife, Fury, and War the ability to use aura! Oh, and he had all ten feathers, so he could burn them now and finally discover their true purpose.
As much as he wanted to test the roulette spins, he decided to first deal with the feathers. Since the remaining students would take a while to get back to where they were, he muttered under his breath "Create ID : Mirror Dimension".
Upon whispering that, a portal opened up, and he stepped into it, emerging on the other side on the top of the same cliff that he'd been on before, though Ozpin, Professor Goodwitch, Strife, Fury, and War were no longer anywhere to be seem.
Death retrieved the ten feathers and his lighter from his inventory and gathered the feathers in one hand and simultaneously lit them all on fire wing the lighter. The feathers were consumed in an instant and a ball of fire rose into the air and started growing larger and larger, as the flames became a brilliant golden color.
Death couldn't see through the intense golden flames, but sensed that something was inside of it. Finally, after more then a minute, the flames receded, revealing a bird, a three-legged crow with mostly golden feathers, but also some orange and yellow ones.
