The streets of Tokyo buzzed with life as the towering skyline reflected the midday sun. Minato Namikaze stood on the edge of a rooftop, gazing over the bustling city. Dressed in his battle-hardened ANBU-inspired combat suit, his custom-designed kunai glinted at his side. His expression was calm, but inside, he was restless.
"Six months…" Minato murmured. "Six months of protecting Japan from every kind of threat."
In his mind, Kurama growled in agreement. "It's been far too quiet. Criminals scatter at the sight of your kunai now. This world has more to offer… let's find something that won't bore us to death."
Minato smirked. "I was thinking the same thing."
As if fate was listening, a breaking news report flashed across a nearby digital billboard:
"SUPERMAN ENGAGED IN BATTLE WITH UNKNOWN ADVERSARY!"
The live feed showed Superman locked in combat with a pale-skinned, red-eyed figure radiating menacing energy. Buildings shattered as their fight tore through downtown Metropolis. Civilians screamed and fled, their faces frozen in terror.
"Looks like we found our challenge," Minato declared, forming a shadow clone. "Stay in Japan and keep things under control."
His clone nodded and vanished in a yellow flash.
Minato took a breath, steadying himself. "Metropolis… let's see what you've got."
In a golden flash of light, Minato materialized in the heart of downtown Metropolis. Destruction stretched for blocks, with overturned cars, shattered glass, and crumbling walls marking the path of the intense battle.
His sharp eyes caught sight of Superman, bloodied but still standing, exchanging brutal blows with the pale-skinned warrior. The mysterious enemy moved with calculated ferocity, his fists hitting like sledgehammers. Superman struggled to block each strike.
Without hesitation, Minato hurled a three-pronged kunai straight toward the enemy's blind spot. The blade hissed through the air with deadly precision.
THWACK!
Before the pale warrior could react, Minato appeared mid-air behind him, spinning into a devastating roundhouse kick that connected with thunderous force. The enemy flew backward, crashing through a nearby building in an explosion of concrete and steel.
Minato landed gracefully, kunai in hand, as dust and debris rained from above.
Superman blinked, stunned by the sudden intervention. "You're… the Yellow Flash. From Japan."
Minato extended a hand and helped Superman to his feet. "You looked like you could use some help."
Before Superman could respond, Minato's instincts screamed at him. His eyes widened, and in a blink, he vanished in a golden flash—just as a massive chain-scythe slammed into the ground where he'd stood moments before, creating a deep crater.
Minato reappeared on a rooftop overlooking the devastation, his keen gaze locking onto a towering, muscle-bound figure with long, wild hair, clad in leather armor and wielding a massive hook-like weapon. His grin was wolfish, predatory, and dangerous.
"Well, well…" the figure growled. "You're fast. I like fast."
Minato studied the man with sharp precision. The man radiated raw, unrestrained power. He wasn't just strong—he was battle-hardened, a predator who lived for combat.
"Who's this guy?" Minato asked, keeping his kunai at the ready.
"Lobo," Superman answered grimly. "A bounty hunter from deep space. Strong, brutal, and practically unkillable."
Lobo let out a booming laugh. "Aw, you flatter me, Supes! But don't worry—you're both on my hit list today."
Without another word, Lobo hurled his chain-scythe toward Minato, the weapon cutting through the air with murderous speed.
Minato vanished in a flash of golden light, reappearing behind Lobo with a glowing Rasengan charged in his palm. "Too slow."
BOOM!
The Rasengan exploded on impact, sending Lobo skidding across the street, tearing up the asphalt as he struggled to regain balance. Dust and smoke filled the air, but Lobo emerged from the debris—grinning.
"Now that's what I'm talkin' about!" Lobo roared, cracking his neck. "Let's see what you got, pretty boy!"
Minato's eyes burned with fierce determination as he activated Kyuubi Chakra Mode 2, a glowing, fiery aura of swirling red and orange energy enveloping his body. His cloak billowed with power as chakra marks traced across his skin like living flame.
Kurama's voice echoed in his mind. "This one's tough, Minato. He won't go down easily."
"Good," Minato thought back, smirking. "I wouldn't want it any other way."
Lobo charged like a berserker, his chain-scythe spinning in a deadly arc. Minato met him head-on, teleporting and weaving through the storm of strikes with breathtaking agility. He countered with a series of devastating kunai strikes and blindingly fast chakra-infused punches, forcing Lobo to defend.
The ground cracked beneath them as their blows collided with seismic force. Lobo's strength was monstrous, and each of his attacks carried enough power to demolish entire buildings—but Minato's speed kept him one step ahead.
With a precise flick of his wrist, Minato hurled several marked kunai into the air, creating a web of teleportation points around the battlefield. He vanished and reappeared in an instant, striking Lobo from every angle with surgical precision.
But Lobo refused to be outdone. His relentless resilience let him absorb even the most brutal of Minato's strikes, and with a furious roar, he caught Minato mid-teleport by reading his movement pattern.
With a savage CRACK, Lobo's fist connected, sending Minato crashing through a line of cars and into a concrete wall. Dust and rubble exploded in every direction.
Minato coughed but quickly forced himself up, blood trickling from his mouth. "He's learning… adapting…"
Kurama's voice growled in approval. "Then stop holding back."
Minato wiped the blood from his chin and reactivated his chakra cloak, his eyes blazing with intensity. He raised his hand, forming a colossal Rasengan infused with Kurama's fiery chakra.
Lobo smirked. "Now we're talkin'!"
Their next clash shook the city to its core.
