As Aldar, Alia, and Jareth made their way to the Tower of the Black Sun, anticipation filled the air.
Jareth, carrying the remaining coins dedicated to the investigation, felt a mixture of relief and gratitude. He turned to Skalain, a genuine smile on his face, and spoke with warmth in his voice.
"Skalain, my friend, I cannot express my gratitude enough for your bravery and dedication throughout this investigation. You have shown exceptional skill and unwavering determination. The Tower of the Black Sun owes you a great debt."
Skalain nodded, a hint of humility in his eyes. "It was the right thing to do. At least I earn something from it."
Jareth's gaze softened as he chuckled, his voice filled with sincerity. "You have proven yourself to be a formidable ally, Skalain. The Tower of the Black Sun would be honored to have you join our ranks."
Skalain's eyes widened slightly, his mind contemplating the offer. "I appreciate your kind words, Jareth. However, at this moment, I have other plans. I feel the need to travel and broaden my horizons, to seek new experiences and further develop my skills."
Jareth nodded, respect evident in his eyes. "I understand, Skalain. It is your journey, and you must follow your own path. Should you ever change your mind, remember that the Tower of the Black Sun will always welcome you."
Aldar and Alia, who had been listening attentively, shared a glance of understanding. Aldar spoke with a reassuring tone: "Skalain, we appreciate your contributions to this investigation. Your presence has been invaluable. Should you ever need our assistance or wish to collaborate in the future, know that Void Star will be there."
Skalain smiled warmly, grateful for their support. "Thank you, Aldar, Alia. Your friendship and cooperation have been invaluable to me as well. I will not forget your offer."
With their hearts filled with a sense of accomplishment, they proceeded to the Tower of the Black Sun Council. They presented their findings, detailing the deceitful plot orchestrated by the Death Tree Organization. The council members listened intently, their expressions shifting from surprise to anger.
Acknowledging the urgency of the situation, the council pledged their support in bringing the Death Tree Organization to justice and vowed to strengthen their alliance with Void Star. The room buzzed with determination as plans were made to dismantle the organization and ensure the safety of their realms.
As the meeting concluded, Jareth turned to Skalain once more. "Skalain, this is the token of The Tower Of Black Sun; as long as you have it, it will be shown to others that you are a friend of the organization."
Skalain clasped Jareth's hand firmly as he took the token with a black sun symbol on it, a glimmer of gratitude in his eyes. "Thank you, Jareth. Your guidance and friendship have meant a great deal to me."
With a final farewell, Skalain embarked on his journey, carrying with him the experiences and knowledge he had gained. The Tower of Black Sun, Void Star, all of these organizations, and their members His time in this small town was over.
He took a deep breath and then nodded as he left the city after gathering food and other essential resources.
He had a total of 50 gold coins in his pocket and believed that this amount should be enough for himself for the time being.
