"Over-Current"

The spectral chains that connected to Atticus's arm were shrouded in lightning, shocking the Mayor with an insane amount of power; his entire face distorted with pain. 

"A-Aghh!" Atticus shouted in pain as he jerked his arm back, prying free from the chain that was loosened up a bit

"Hmph." Michael said as he reared his chain back, crackling with lightning, "Here's another one." 

He flung the chain at Atticus, like a whip, striking him in the chest, a powerful jolt of lightning detonating and reeling the Mayor back. As he stepped on the spot behind him, an explosion detonated, throwing him onto the ground as he was covered in flames and smoke. 

"Well....I'll be..." Atticus grunted as he slowly got to his knees, "You're a tough one, huh? You attacks hurt a lot, pain like I've never felt in a long time." 

Michael's spectral chain disappeared as he fixed his glasses, the pipe still in his mouth, "Mhm."
