章 162: Greedy for her

Daisy stroked Diana's back, letting her hug tighter, ''I am so relieved that I accepted Ryle's offer for this job and came here.''

Diana pulled back from her, ''You are in a disguise," she glanced at her from head to toe.

Daisy nodded. 

Before Diana could speak again, she was pulled back from the collar of her coat and she found herself standing beside Maxim. 

She raised her head to look at him, ''Warner, this is…'' 

''Dexter,'' Daisy cut her off, her scrutinizing gaze shifting between her and Maxim. 

Diana could sense that Daisy had no intentions of revealing her identity, ''He is…'' she began to introduce Maxim as if it was the first time both of them met each other. 

Daisy waved a hand, ''Maxim Warner. Childhood friend. I know about him.'' 

Maxim glanced at Diana. She mentioned him to others but she never mentioned this person to him. 

Diana pulled her hand out of his grip, ''We are leaving.''
