Somehow, and I'm still not sure why, we ended up in the throne room. Me in my throne and Lex in his. We were King and Queen of this realm. God and goddess as well. We were the ones in charge. And our current subjects were all standing or sitting before us. 

Yes, I was the true leader of this realm. As the one who took the throne from the others, this was my place to rule and protect. However, since Lex was my husband, it was his responsibility as well. Especially now that he has ascended along with me. He wasn't just a demon anymore. He was my equal in every way. And that made me feel immensely better. In so many ways.
