She could not sleep the entire night. Evelyn could not sleep the entire night because Salvatore did not give her the opportunity to. 

This went on the entire night and by experience, Evelyn knew that it was him that had done it. 

The word don was screamed and moaned constantly along with Salvatore grunts which Evelyn's ear picked up every time. She was very familiar with those noises and they belonged to her husband. 

It only validated the fact that it was her husband fucking another woman. 

She remained in the corner of the room the entire night. The night went on and on and seemed to be the longest one in her life. 

The fact that there was no cloth in the room or window only made it harder for her to endure everything. 

Evelyn leaned her head against the wall and closed her eyes. She will have termed this night as the most horrendous night of her life but she knew there was more to come. 

The don had barely begun.
