I saw red. My temper was about to get worse and I was going to unleash myself on them. But I had no weapon to tackle them. My hair had been left open as I had not been given any accessory to tie it.

Then I thought backwards and asked myself, 'Did the king really buy me the clothes because the old ones were soiled or did he buy them to beautify me and sell me off?'

After that strange thought, I didn't know whom I should have directed my anger at. I had tried to convince myself before about him doing it for my benefit, but it didn't seem so. I had only ended up in this realm to be used by people as they wished.

Something sliced through the air so quickly that my first reaction was to bend my head and cover my face. The heavy breathing of a man told me that I was safe and that I should see the scene for myself.
