"Someone hurt you?" Haneul curses inwardly. He made sure to be extra careful today. Nobody said anything since morning so he thought he won't get caught. Damn, he should have worn a long sleeve today despite the hot weather. Looking at the alpha whose face tightened, he starts to get defensive.

"What're you gonna do if I said yes? Threaten him with your scent?" He questions, trying to end the conversation. He doesn't mean anything by it, but the look on Sangcheol's face, the deep frown, and his clenched jaws signifies that he is still bothered. Or maybe he is hurt by his last comment, Haneul is not sure. But hey, he is telling the truth. Sangcheol will never hurt anyone even if they threaten to kill him. He said so himself. He is just not capable of physical violence.

Nevertheless, Haneul never meant to hurt his feelings. Trying to ease the tension, he laughs lightly, "I'm joking."
