The table was full of food. Plate after plate of rice, curry, noodles and all kinds of meat. We were lucky that nobody was a vegan here, but it's not like we would have said anything anyway.

/" shut up. I just got him back. I am not about to lose him to a princess/" i said gritting my teeth.

/" Dick really changed you/" she whispered into my ear.

Cherry soon walked over and started introducing herself. Cherry's boyfriend wasn't able to come with us due to his work. Handling Cole's case was good for him and his superiors were impressed.

I made sure to plaster a fake smile on my lips as we started to have dinner. I was sat with the girls and Cole was near the other end of the table right next to Julia.

/" we are really happy that you came to visit Cole. It's been way too long/" Chantara said as we started to eat.

Cole's parents have been here way too many times but Cole was known to avoid coming here so often. I can see why.
