章 83: The Blame

 My plea went in vain. Dav didn't wake up nor did he make any sound and it began to bother me. 

I turned my gaze over to Seth who seemed confused at the situation. He had the same look as me. It was then that my mind traveled to what the Nightfangs had said. What if they were right? Did Dav lay with Beatrice? Was that the reason for this strange reaction?

"Help me, Seth, what is wrong with my husband? Should we call the Nightfa–" 

"No, Princess! Brother wouldn't want that." With those words, Seth walked over to me. I watched him carry Dav in a bridal style. 

Sigh, at that moment, Dav looked so miserable and lifeless… it was all his fault, he let that female go close to him, maybe he deserved the punishment– those were words I should have said if it wouldn't be so selfish.

Without wasting a second, I went after Seth.
