章 6: Nightmare
Indra and Asura were face to face with each other and in a situation where Indra needed to apologize since Naruto was too stubborn to patch things up. However, Indra had no plans of apologizing although It was his mistake, to begin with.
'It was not a mistake and I am not going to apologize, I went back to my old self for a short time.' Indra thought as he looked at Naruto who had hopes of patching things up between them.
"Say it, It's an easy way to get out of trouble." Naruto with a wide smile on his face, but Indra was getting uncomfortable by the second.
'It's just a sorry, I won't mean it so there's no problem in saying that.'
Indra took a deep breath while he was taking a deep breath, and Asura's heart was pounding faster. Asura was getting from just thought of getting an apology from Indra.
'Is he going to apologize? Impossible!' Asura had single thought crossing in his head.
Indra cleared his throat before speaking to Asura with a forcefully made smile that anyone could tell was fake and It was an awkward one.
"I...I...I am S..." Indra came to a pause and was about to back out when Naruto started to give him motivation for apologizing.
Asura was sweating from every word Indra said, He was getting too much Dopamine from looking at him trying to apologize.
"Go on Indra, I know you can do it, It's just an apology." Naruto tried to motivate Indra on giving an apology as he patted his back lightly.
Asura had sweat on his forehead from the suspense of getting an apology, He was getting chills every time Indra uttered a single word.
Indra's emotions were running out of control slowly. He started having a glimpse of his past and each glimpse made him furious with the hatred arising from him.
Indra had enough of It, he was again reverting to how he was originally before transmigrating here. Most emotions of his previous life were sealed by gods but under special circumstances, the seal opened for a short period before closing itself again.
His seal went loose with this, with the trigger of losing this seal being Asura and his emotions running wild.
His chakra suddenly turned cold with malice brewing out of it. His face turned cold with the atmosphere suddenly turning heavy as he glared at Naruto straight in his blue eyes.
"You want me to apologize, Fuck you!" with a straight face but his eyes were different this time, It was scarlet red with a black tomoe.
'This just like how I would expect him to react.' Asura, as he saw Indra reverting to his old self for a second, 'He reacted just like his previous self, someone who says what he desires.
Indra had just awakened his Sharingan at the age of four, he was genetically better than Uchiha which contributed to this too and his strong emotion was released as he was driven towards apologizing to his brother from his past life.
The youngest person to awaken Sharingan was Izumi Uchiha at the age of five but now Indra had just surpassed him.
"Sharingan!" Naruto mumbled as he saw Indra just awaken the Sharingan due to apologizing.
To awaken the Sharingan, an Uchiha has to have an extreme(powerful) emotional condition that causes their brain to release a special type of chakra, which will then cause their eyes to transform into Sharingan.
'How much does he despise to apologize to him for awakening Sharingan? This is ridiculous.' Naruto as he started having proper look in his eyes.
"You are not allowed to talk that way to my father!" Asura yelled in a loud voice.
Asura stood up from the ground and punched Indra on his cheeks with all strength he could muster, knocking Indra to the ground. Asura was mad at him too but he was suppressing those as he was with Naruto.
Indra looked at Asura while lying on the ground as he slowly turned his head with a slight smirk on his face. He slowly sat down on the ground as he looked at Asura, his emotion was just sealed after Asura's punch.
Inside Naruto,
Naruto was looking at Kurama who happened to be in a sleeping position as he spoke to Naruto. Kurama slowly opened his mouth stating to him.
"Naruto, You felt it this time too," Kurma stated to Naruto with a straight face.
Naruto had a swollen face while looking at Kurama, He didn't want to accept it but the facts were just in front of him.
"Yeah, I felt the malice in his chakra, It was just like how Sasuke's used to be." Naruto as she sat down in the virtual space, heaving a deep sigh.
Kurama noticed Naruto feeling down and tried to cheer him up with a glimmer of hope.
"But, It suddenly disappeared so there must be a way to prevent that, so don't lose hope." Kurama with a smirk on his face while he closed his eyes again.
"Thanks for that, Kurama!" Naruto left the virtual space with a wide smile.
In the real world,
Naruto was about to speak up when Indra interrupted him, he slowly rose from the ground and spoke in a loud and clear voice.
"We are equal now, I got hit so the matter is settled," Indra stated as he looked at Naruto, he had a perfect opportunity to get rid of apologizing for the part and he was not letting it go to waste, "So, Let's settle It here!"
Naruto slammed his hand on his forehead as his chance of getting them together went to waste, and it was most likely that he won't talk with him because of Asura which might lead to problems in the coming future.
Naruto needed to get close to him so he tried to have a conversation with him, he knew to avoid him from going dark, he would need friends.
"You just awakened the Sharingan," Naruto glanced at his eyes as he kneeled on the ground to match his height, "Isn't that great news? you have eyes just like your father's now."
Naruto tried to bring Sasuke, as he had never seen him and the people of the Uchiha clan were too many love dependent on their clan.
Indra was confused as Naruto told him about his awakening but then he noticed that his vision was enhanced and he could see chakra and could feel like he could predict his movements.
He rushed towards the lake to have a proper look at his eyes and he could see his red eye with a black tomoe in it, he was getting excited from his awakening. However, he didn't ask about Sasuke, ruining Naruto's plans of getting close to him somehow.
"Hehehe, I like it, The Sharingan!" Indra mumbled as he looked at himself reflect on the surface of the water.
'Ask something about Sasuke or Sharinagan, At least!' Naruto screamed at himself in his mind.
"I see!" Indra just spoke two words and didn't even ask what it was like he was completely uninterested but the thing was that he already knew all the information that Naruto could provide.
Asura climbed on top of a tree while they were having their conversation, he closed his eyes trying to relax when he had a glimpse of the past.
Flashback:
Asura was paralyzed with blood-soaked, he was too weak to move his body. There was just alive enough to breathe and watch the scene in front of him. He felt despair at that moment with tears all over his eyes but he couldn't speak, he was too afraid to do so, since, he felt he would die if he did.
Indra with a katana in his hand was standing before their eyes who was covered in blood himself while in a kneeling position with tears all over his eyes just like Asura.
He was having regrets as he looked at his eldest son in front of him standing tall while he was kneeling before him after fighting with his son and losing while being supported by his younger son.
"What you are doing is wrong, Katsura?" Their father who was severely injured spoke as he looked at his eldest son who was still in rage even when he was near death, "We can still go back, It's not too late."
Indra who was Katsura in his past life smirked as he saw his father still not backing out on his words although he was near death's door.
"Da...No Hiroshi, I just proved your ideals wrong and you still won't give up." Indra as he saw his father trying to pursue him, Indra pierced his katana right through his thigh and slowly started rotating it, "Just accept it already, Hiroshi."
"Haa...I would never do that even if it kills me." Hiroshi had a face full of pride with no intention of backing out, "I would die before letting you inherit what our ancestors left for us, It will be Hiroto who would inherit and become the next..."
"Hehehe...Hehehe...Hehehe!" Indra started laughing madly as he started to hear him say that in front of him.
"After I kill both of you, It will be me."
"Even the law won't do anything to me, and you know that, Don't you?" Indra as he took out his katana from his thigh and pointed it toward his neck.
"You used to love your brother so much, why can't you let him..."
"Haa...you talk too much although you know everything." Indra backed out his katana from his neck.
"Katsura, you are just ruining yourself." He yelled in a loud voice.
Indra totally ignored him this time while he got ready to swing his katana.
"1000-7 is 993!" He swung his katana towards his neck with intention of slashing right through.
Asura woke up suddenly and fell to the ground from the tree as he woke from the nightmare.

"Haa...Haa..."
He had a terrified expression on his face as recalled memories through his dreams, his heart was beating rapidly, and he tried to calm himself.
'I didn't die then but my brother was sentenced to ten years in prison, He was nineteen at the time.'
