章 44: chapter 43: Please leave
The waiter places the two bowls of noddles on the table and a jar of wine at the side. Hedrick grabbed the chop sticks and began enjoying his meal while Rita was seated at the side looking at them with mockery.
" Hey, why ain't you eating? Don't tell me you have never eaten such food." Hedrick said with curiosity. Rita then shook her head expressing that she hadn't.
" It's delicious. Come on and try it." suggested Hedrick as then continued to fill his stomach.
Following that, Rita grabbed the chop sticks and went ahead to taste the new food on table. Upon having a few, bites the delicious taste spread onto her tongue making her yearn for more. She grabbed the bowl placing it near her mouth and began to gulp it down her throat continuously without stopping. The moment seemed like that a young child who had not eaten for days having something finally.
As Hedrick was still enjoying his meal, a sound of an empty bowl being placed was heard. Looking before him was the so called serious teacher licking her lips making him stare in shock.
" I guess you are full. I'll have that one too." said Rita as she grabbed the stunned Hedrick's share and began enjoying it before he could even reply.
"Ma'am I have not eaten for a week and you are now eating my only meal.Please have some shame." Hedrick cried bitter but his cries seemed like non existent as Rita completed the food and placed the bowl on the table.
" This was so delicious.Are you also already done with yours?" asked Rita as she used her handkerchief to clean her lips. Upon raising her, she found a pair of dangers staring at her. Looking at the table, she realized what had actually happened.
" Hehehe... I guess we shall add more two bowls." said Rita with a plastic smile.
"What! No need! no need!" said Hedrick immediately.
" Who knows whether the devil will tempt you to eat the other bowl again."
Not allowing her to reply, Hedrick immediately called the waiter and placed five silvers on the table.
" You can keep the change." said Hedrick as he stood.
" Thank you, sir." said the waiter.
Having arrived outside,Rita quickly lowered her voice and asked in a serious tone of righteousness.
" Have you cheated the waiter and given him silver instead of gold?"
Copying her tone and posture, Hedrick responded.
" With respect dear madam, not everyone is a thief like you. I'll never steal someone's food instead of ordering for my own. "
Having said that he quickly moved aways. Who knows what the devil will tempt her to do having said that. A wise man always stays away from trouble.
" You..." shouted Rita as she pointed at disappearing stiletto of Hedrick trembling in anger.

" Thank you for keeping them for me safe." said Hedrick to a middle aged man as he handed him a small gold leaf.Looking at the gold leaf,the man hurriedly accepted.
"Of course! of course! anytime you need help I'll be around."
" See next time." said Hedrick as he carried the bucket of gun powder an waved goodbye.
" Gods have eyes!God has eyes!who knew I'd grow so rich from just keeping a small bucket." joyous said the man.
" Hey you Hedrick.Where did you get the gun powder?" asked Rita curious but no comment came out.Looking at how she was being ignored, she quickly moved in front of Hedrick blocking his way.
" I'm talking to you. Don't you know a junior has to answer his or her elders when asked."
Hedrick then looked at her and smiled slightly.
" Don't you know you have delayed my time and I'm now very late for the campsite,madam Rita. So please spare me this once.Ever since we met, I have only faced bad luck.Please and kindly please leave me alone."
" So you mean I'm bad luck to you?"asked Rita in a bitter tone.
" Exactly, so can you please go and report back."shouted Hedrick as he pointed towards the opposite direction.
" You really mean it?"she asked bitterly once again as tears began to appear in her eyes.
" Of course, the earlier the better." said Hedrick heavily as he looked into her eyes.
" Okay!okay! I curse you to fail,you jerk." she cursed as she clean her eyes and opened a portal and walked in.
Having gone, Hedrick felt slightly sour in his heart like he had lost something. He drew in a cold breath and continued his journey.
~Mentrol School/Rules Regulatory Office~
" What's wrong with you little sparrow?Why do you seem to be angry after you returned?"asked Elder Wen as he continued to look through the documents.
" I'm not going to look at that jerk anymore.Look for someone else to do it."
" Did he chase you away?"teased Elder Wen as he put away the document.
" I'm not going to talk to you anymore." Rita said angrily as she looked away.
" Okay, no need to go back.I'll tell your senior brother to check on him."
" You go help Madam Red with duties.Many students are going to be discharged out of the camp this year."
" Is he one of them?"
" Doesn't matter.You are no longer on his watchlist so all his matters no longer concern you." he said and disappeared.
" Dad...!'' shouted Rita angrily.
" Anyway,let me first head to the cafeteria and look for noodles.i can't wait to taste them once again."said Rita with a smile.
" Mister, do you have noodles on the menu?"
" It's you Madam Rita. Please wait a moment."
" Yes Ma'am.We have pork noodles.How many bowls do you want?"
" Give me one bowl for now."
" Yes, Madam.Please wait a moment."
The man then handed her a bowl of noodles and chopsticks.
" Let's see which taste better. I'm sure these must taste better than those of that old restaurant."
But upon having a few bites, the taste was good but compared to that of the noodles she tasted.It was no way the same. It was completely different from the other she had with Hedrick. Without knowing why,she began recalling the time she had with Hedrick with a smile until a tear dropped out of her eyes unknowingly when she recalled their separation.
" You jerk...!"she murmured slightly.
' Am I really bad luck.'
" What's wrong Madam Rita?"a voice interrupted her thoughts.
" Nothing. Just thinking of that jerk.Forget it."
