Festa spoke while turning to reveal Bullet, bound in sea stone shackles, wearing a tight jacket, and chained to the ground.

"Now, with your help, I can reclaim my life." Festa said, burning Gold Roger's wanted poster.

"I, Buena Festa, have acquired the key to throwing this entire world into anarchy! Will you follow me?" he asked, pointing toward Bullet.

"And I promise to fulfill our little arrangement... So, let's do this! I will invite the strongest pirates to a party made by pirates, for pirates! To usher in a new era. I will revive the Pirates Festival."

Climbing onto a table, Festa showed a crazed expression.

"Ice? This power... Former Admiral Aokiji?"

Their faces turned pale as they saw the destruction of everything in the warehouse, certain they'd be punished by Akainu for negligence.

Thinking of Akainu's harsh temper, they looked at each other with fear clear in their eyes.

"It's over... We're going to die..."

"Oh god, why did this have to happen during our shift..."

After causing a bit of chaos in Marineford, Eiji flew through the air using the Limitless Technique.

"Shanks has a good relationship with the giants, so he made Elbaf his main base. Hopefully, he's there."

As Eiji looked down, he spotted a pirate ship sailing below.

The ship had grass on its deck, complete with a swing and slide, and even a lookout tower. Its main mast was large, allowing the ship to move flexibly. The figurehead was a lion with a mane that resembled flower petals.

At a glance, Eiji immediately recognized the pirate ship.
