William lost the town guards that chased after him and was looking for the house of the last debtor. This time, it was a young lady whose father had just recently passed away. Her father owed Gilberto and didn't pay before he passed away.
"Gilberto said, northwest of town, right?" Gilberto gave William some landmarks to be able to locate the house the lady lived in.
He stopped in front of a house with a wooden door and knocked.
Knock… Knock… Knock…
As William waited in front of the door he recalled the conversation he and Gilberto had about the woman.
"Cassandra. That's her name. She's a lady that's looking for a husband. Is gentle but comes off as a bit cold. That probably scared some suitors away. Ask her nicely and I'm sure she'll pay up."
"But… didn't you say her father passed away recently? She must be grieving." William asked Gilberto.
