MAVERICK'S POV

I looked at my hands, which turned into those of a Lycan's before I was pushed into the back of my head.

I watched as the rogues stood frozen in their places.

My men, who had gone to the upper side of the terrace to attack the rogues from above, looked at my form, unsure if they needed to continue attacking.

Before I could tell Reaper to at least warn my people, he used his Lycan speed, and within a blink of an eye, I saw around four hearts in my hands.

He dropped the hearts by our side, the thud sound of the dead bodies falling on the ground echoing.

"You!" The rogues started to attack, and Reaper grinned like a maniac who entered his playfield. 

The rogues tried to shoot us through their guns, but Reaper sneakily dodged every single shot. 

I don't understand why people keep forgetting that I was the beast alpha and that everyone should drop down the moment Reaper takes over.
