Helena took another sip of wine from her glass. She knew it wouldn't be long before her father heard the rumors and what the faction of nobles supporting the king wanted. She was surprised it had taken almost a year.

— Let them talk. There has never been a crowned queen in this kingdom — Helena argued. — Her power doesn't change the fact that she is a girl and cannot be crowned as the heir princess.
