章 1: Prologue
Pang!,Pang!,Pang!,Pang! Bolter rounds hit the mono yellow carpet floor making thunk sounds, as the space marine runs through "The Lobby" only stopping sometimes to dispose of incoming hounds and entities, as he keeps unloading bolter rounds into the hoards of entities chasing him, he attracts more and more.
As more and more entities start pouring in, from all directions, the Astartes throws a flash bang, Disorientating the incoming and chasing entities, with the entities incapacitated, the Astartes takes out is plasma pistol and overcharges it creating a small pure plasma projectile to be shot out from the barrel.
The plasma, upon reaching its targets, melts the living hell out of the entities sprawled out within the blast radius, causing inhuman screeches and screams of pain to travel throughout the Complex for a second.
The Astartes taking advantage of the situation does a tactical retreat, running away from the chaos behind, with his bolter in hand, the Astartes weaves through the complex maze of yellow walls.
Upon stumbling into a comically large oak wood door, the Astartes not wasting any time, bashes open the door in a shield like position, with the door open, the Astartes runs into the void, not noticing that hes leaving the backrooms reality, he fell.
Swinging his arms and legs as he fell down, down into the seeming-less endless void below, his head help high, staring at the small dot where he fell from, until it disappeared with the black void. Now only his helmet illuminates his face with the classic FPS HUD in blueish grey.
"Fuck" he curses in his mind as he descends.
