Jack left gracefully and closed the door behind him.
He looked around and set out according to the direction of the shop owner.
It was dark now. It was hard to say whether the dock keeper was willing to set out at night or not. It didn't matter.
Jack hurried past the buildings one after another, letting his cloak flutter in the wind. He didn't care about the things around him at all. If they didn't cause any hindrance, everything could be ignored.

There were some big ships around, but Jack didn't find the kind of boat that a sailor could drive. Three old but useful boats were parked on the shore. The exquisite workmanship showed their past glory.
On the right, the front end of the dock extended into the black seawater. Some wooden boxes for loading were placed there. It was obvious that the ship hadn't been ashore yet.
