"Yes." Yin Zhi said firmly. "For this recruitment, prioritize orphans and adjust the age limit. You can enlist anyone from age 10 to 30. "How many active and reserves soldiers are currently in the Imperial City garrison?" - Yin Zhi asked
"We have 500,000 active soldiers on standby along with 10,000 reserves, asides from the 50,000 soldiers that currently on duty within the Imperial City." Yuen Pu reported
Yin Zhi's expression darkened as she couldn't help but think. 'That is far from enough'
Yin Zhi took a deep breath as she gave her orders. "As of tomorrow, mobilize all 500,000 soldiers on standby and place them on active duty. I want soldiers stationed at every corner and street in both Imperial City and Capital City. They can't patrol alone, deploy them in groups of three."
"Deploy the reserves alongside them. And assign 10,000 elite soldiers to join the royal guards within the Imperial Palace. I want the palace to be heavily guarded as soon as posisble. No, if you can, I want it by sunrise." Yin Zhi added

Yuen Pu lip's tightened at the sheer scale of the mobilization. "Your Highness, such extensive measures will inevitably draw questions from the public even if they are not against it." Yue Pu said cautiously
Yin Zhi eyes narrowed slightly as she said, "If so, tell your father to release a statement for the citizens. That this movement is just for preventive measure to enhance the security. There's no need to give more explanation."

Even if someone tries to sneak in or behave in suspicious manner, the Yin Soldiers would immediately notice them because they couldn't confuse them even if they were gonna use that unknown energy.
