章 210: Resolution

In the ensuing days, Jiang Wangya seemed to have vanished completely, failing to make any appearance. 

Huang Father was left waiting for news from the Jiang family; however, as the silence persisted, he decided to make a phone call to inquire. 

Jiang Mother, unable to provide a coherent response, stammered out the details of the situation. 

Upon hearing this, Huang Father furrowed his brow, realizing that the agreement had been nullified by Jiang Wangya. Finding a way to divorce her without relinquishing half of the assets would prove to be a daunting task. 

He dialed his secretary, instructing, "Investigate the circumstances surrounding Jiang Wangya. See if there's any way to prevent her from claiming a share of the company's wealth." 

Huang Father was speaking in the living room when Huang Xiaoyan descended from upstairs to get a drink, inadvertently overhearing his conversation. 

Huang Xiaoyan frowned slightly.
