章 20: Chapter 20

In everyone's life, a moment comes where they wish they can stop time forever. For me, this is the moment where I lay on his chest, his steady heartbeat ringing in my ear, his hands stroking my hairs lovingly. I don't want this moment to end forever. I don't want to go out to face the cruel world.

Every happy moment brings disaster afterwards and I can feel it in my bones. I know something big is going to happen but not knowing what is making me somewhat anxious.

So instead of being scared of unseen, I decided to let that feeling slide and just relax in his arms. Hearing his content sign made me want to purr like a kitten but I just decided to snuggle more into him.

His strong hands tightened around me in a possessive hold, like he is protecting me from all the dangers and it made me feel safe and secure.
