章 293: Who cracked first

Upon Rosalia's convincing, I went to meet with my stepmother. The queen was waiting for me in a different chamber down the hall. We walked past the royal quarters. Rosalia had asked me to change and I had refused to Dre up in any of the rotting dresses kept in the cupboard. Resultant, Rosalia had to fetch me one of her gowns. I did not know how she fitted into one of these. 

It was tightly packed around the waist and just above the hip, there was a cushiony cloth stitched inside to make the bottom look fuller. 

I doubted I would be able to fit into this even with a corset on. 

When we reached the door to a room which did not replay any of my memories, Rosalia opened the door for me, "the queen is waiting inside."
