All the eyes in the room turned heavily on me dawning as the walls begged to crush me between their hug. "Am I supposed to play along with that joke?" I asked trying to gulp down the nervousness in my voice.

I had ruined my mission. She knew and many other in the room knew. The Cermesi clan was so close to my family they could easily pay a visit and enquire about me.
