章 33: Chapter 33
When the men took Alora and Sorsha out of the tavern, they binded their hands and separated them into different carriages. Both of them started to scream and resist their captures, it wasn't going to be this easy. The guy who had Alora huffed and grabbed a bottle out of his pocket and a rag. He turned to Alora as he poured the liquid into the rag. He looked over to the guy that had Sorsha and handed him the bottle, " We need to hurry and leave, there is no telling how long they can stall those dragons". He turned around and tried to step into the carriage when a foot came to his face, "Stay the fuck away from me! Let me go!" He stumbled back and grabbed his bloody nose, " You bitch!', as he hissed. He grabbed her leg and pulled her on the floor toward the door, " You have some fight in you, maybe I can have some fun before I deliver you to King Morton", as he smirked. He took the rag and put it over her mouth and nose, everything went black. He grabbed her, threw her in the carriage and got in with 3 other men. The 3 carriages were traveling down the road at a fast speed, the men thought they were in the clear, they all began to smile and sigh. The carriage that was carrying Sorsha was the last and Alora was in the front, the middle carriage just had some men in it as a distraction. All of a sudden a gust of wind blew hard enough to scare the horse but they kept running. One of the men looked out the window and saw a blue blur go past him as he felt the wind really increase. He yelled to the men in the middle carriage to speed up when he saw the blue blur again and the carriage disappeared. The man screamed to the driver to speed up but he was so nervous. He just needed some extra money, he didn't want to die because of his sister's bloodmate. The carriage was running at full speed, Aloras carriage was going at a very fast speed too. The carriages reached a fork in the road, Aloras carriage sped to the left, about 45 seconds later Sorshas carriage was coming to the fork when a carriage and horses fell from the sky and blocked the path, making them go to the right. The carriage was still speeding when a Blue Dragon dropped to the ground making the ground shake and the carriage came to a complete stop and fell to the side. Max was so mad, it's rare to see him like this but try to take any dragons Other Half, you will feel their wrath. The men were trying to get out of the carriage leaving Sorsha in there unconscious, which made Max even more mad. Max's eyes started to glow brighter than usual, he wasn't about to waste his time with them. The men scrambled to their feet and grabbed their crossbows and swords getting ready to attack Max when they noticed the wind began to pick up with a very cold chill in it. They noticed they couldn't move, they were frozen in place as icicles started to form on them. Max opened his mouth and a bright blue light began to form and shot at them, in an instant only thing was left were their shoes and ice particles in the air. Those fuckers, I wish I could kill them a hundred times over, as he growled. He walked over to the carriage, grabbed Sorsha with his claw and flew off. He never was so scared and mad at the same time, the thought of losing her. He looked down at her sleeping face and vowed nothing like this will ever happen again.
Dez was flying for a short time before he seen Max hoovering with a carriage in his claws. They just reached the first fork, there was a short time before they reached King Mortons road. Once that road was reached it would be more of a fight to get her back. He flapped his wings three times before he caught up to them. He hovered over the road in a rage that he has never felt before. He opened his mouth and a bright black orb began to form, growing bigger and bigger. He shot the orb down below on the road, right before the carriage. A mist started to moved along the ground, covering everything in its way. When he seen this Dez went into the forest and quickly turned back and walked out from the forest. He quickly dressed so his shirt was open and he didn't have his shoes on. He walked over to where the carriage was and there was just a black mass where it use to be. All of a sudden Aloras unconscious body appeared on the side of him and the men that was in the carriage appeared in front of him, completely submerged in the shadows except for their heads. He leaned down and caressed her face, glad that she's ok. He walked over to them, Aloras body gilded beside him as the shadows carried her. He started to put on his shoes, " I'm only going to ask this once". He started to button his sleeve one by one, " How did you know she was coming to town?" The one thing he hated doing was repeating hisself, he would only give them until he buttoned his shirt before he started to torture them. " And before you tell me that you don't know, just think about your families. I will find everyone that is related to you and kill them all!", as he began to button up his shirt. The guy who had Alora began to tremble, he knew they were going to die. He thought about his family and took a deep breath, " The only thing we were told is that, the person who told, was paid a lot of gold for the information". Dez looked at him and frowned because that isn't the answer he wanted. He bent down and grabbed Alora, walked into the forest and disappeared, The guy let out a sigh of relief until he felt pain all around his body. The other guys began to scream as the shadows circled them at a very fast pace. As they screamed body parts began to fly all around and blood that decorated the trees and grass.
Back at King Morton's Castle
King Morton was standing on the balcony of his room when he saw a bright light in the distance. "Lucis", he called while still looking in the distance of the light. Lucis walked in and bowed, he already knew why he was called. He saw the light in the distance too, guess the dragons put up more of a fight. "What is going on by the entrance of my road?", as he pointed. Dam, Lucis really didn't want to tell him, he already sent some soldiers to go investigate and aid the men. "The assassin you hired finally kidnapped the girl. They are on their way to the castle as we speak". King Morton frowned, " It looks like there is trouble. I knew it would be hard to get her, her bloodmate is a fucking legendary dragon!" He turned to Lucis and his face became even darker and colder, " You should sent the men to the entrance to meet them, they are right there! What King Morton was most pissed about is that Lucis did not plan this well and he kept it from him. If he would've know he would've had her by now. He slowly started walking and stopped in front of Lucis, "Lucis, this is the first time you have disappointed me. If you do it again, I will kill you beloved little brother and make your sister one of my whores, trapped in the dugeon, only to come out when I want a good fuck!!!" He narrowed his eyes at Lucis, " And you, you will still be right here serving and obeying me!" Lucis was stunned by his words, he threatened his beloved sister and older brother. Anger quickly flashed through him, he really had to suppress it. King Morton walked over to his bed and stood there, " They will now know that we are really after her, they will hide her in the Dragon Kingdom until she learns her gifts and will be able to defeat me. Launch the attack tomorrow night and take her to the trolls for safe keeping. Now go!" Lucis walked out of his chamber and hissed, now he really has to do something.
